    I agree with Edmund. Even medications like Growth Hormone that show great benefits with regards to muscle mass are lagging behind in the literature potentially due to the lack of clinical data combining administration with exercise and dietary modification.

  • Excellent review of historical literature on the current hot supplements for male rejuvenation. The take away: caveat emptor. Also important is the emphasis on lifestyle and dietary modification having more longstanding and pronounced effects than pharmaceutical manipulation.
