What about if grandfather of potential child of single dead mother wants to fertilize frozen eggs of his daughter and contract surrogate mother in order to receive from her and raise grandchild ? Daughter signed written consent that in case of her death frozen eggs be used by other couples wanting children. Any ethical issues ?
