    i think there is a typographical error in the references..
    No. 82 is listed as “Physical therapy in the management of women with chronic pelvic pain.(2008)”

    but it should be corrected as “The effects of post-surgical administration of goserelin plus anastrozole compared to goserelin alone in patients with severe endometriosis: a prospective randomized trial.(2004)”
